Digital delivery and refunds

Delivery

Free samples are on the samples page. Paid files are sent after Hostinger confirms payment. The receipt email contains the download link. The Nature and Morning Bundle link is one zip with both PDFs.

The link is meant for the buyer. Please do not post it. Hostinger’s checkout does not give this shop a private expiring link of its own, so treat the emailed address as the delivery. If you reply with your order number, we can help when a link fails.

Print on A4. A home printer is enough. Colour is optional; the interiors are readable in black ink.

Refunds

Email support@atlasacademy.com.au or reply to the order email. We aim to answer within two business days.

If the file never arrives, will not open, or is missing a part described on the product page, we will send a working file or refund the amount you paid. A serious failure leaves you the choice the law gives you, including a refund.

Changing your mind after a working download is not, by itself, a reason for a refund. That sentence does not remove a right you have when the file is faulty or not what was described.

An agreed refund is the amount paid, back to the same payment method, within 10 business days. Card networks can take longer to show it. Stripe’s processing fee is not returned to the seller; that does not reduce the refund you receive.
